We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn complex business problems into elegant, intuitive digital experiences. You'll own product design end-to-end across multiple client projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, user interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build and maintain scalable design systems used across multiple products
- Work closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Present design rationale and decisions to clients confidently
Requirements
- 5+ years of product/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
- Expert-level Figma skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience creating and documenting comprehensive design systems
- Strong communication skills — you can sell a design decision in a room full of skeptics
